Role Title : Head Administration & Security

Role Summary :

- Responsible for Facilities Management, General Administration, Travel, Immigration Services, Project Site Security and Hospitality Services for all group entities in India responsibilities

- Heading the Administration Function for the company providing best in class services around office administration, project site administration and security and immigration services.

- Challenging existing ways of working to drive efficiency, reliability, seamless delivery, and agility in decision making

- Creating a world-class workplace which inspires and enables everyone to give their best

Role Demands :

Travel within India and outside India - to project locations and offices

Location : Delhi

- 20+ years of total experience.

- Experience in industries with similar roles in fast paced, knowledge intensive industries.

- Experiences in using digitised systems to manage this function

- Understanding of Projects organisation needs

- Exposure to best in class Facilities

- Management Operations, Security & Crisis Management practices

- Partnership Development experience (Creating a strong ecosystem of strategic partnerships across the solution/services segment for the business)

- PMP Certification. MBA

- Leadership roles for a min of 5 yrs Experience in working in an onshore / offshore environment preferably in the IT/ITES industry

Functional Requirements :

Strategic :

- Associate with Sales, Projects and Manufacturing team to formulate the design and engineering solution on new and existing products portfolio.

- Design innovative solutions for existing problems in the industry and patent it to achieve strategic advantage in the business.

- EMPOWERING HUMANITY BY ADDRESSING THE TOUGHEST CHALLENGES OF ENERGY DELIVERY

- Work with an ecosystem of partners such as EPC, Technology providers, project execution, sourcing and manufacturing partners.

Financial :

- Optimise costs throughout the engineering process meeting quality and technical requirements.

- Improve revenue streams for the business unit by adding new product/services to our portfolio.

- Operational Drive customisation of design and engineering solutions for key disciplines of substation and transmission lines.

People :

- Build a multi-disciplinary engineering team capable of delivering innovative products and solutions to support the strategic business requirements.
