Head - Administration - School (10-22 yrs)
A leading ICSE school in Goa is hiring for Head of Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall administration including infrastructure upkeep & building maintenance , horticulture, security, canteen etc
- Budgeting & MIS , preparing & submitting reports and analysis to the management.
- Liaising and coordinating with government officials, Head of School, Faculty , PTA and other bodies.
- Advising management on smooth transition to New Education Policy.
- Overseeing Construction and repair projects.
Must haves:
- 10 years of relevant experience in an ICSE school.
- Master's degree, preferably in Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational and leadership skills
- Computer proficiency (MS office)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail
