- The Group has over 10 Schools, with over 10,000 students (over 100 buses, centralized procurement operations)

- The institution plans to reach 50+ schools - India & Middle East, in the next five years

The Role / Job Description :

- To take charge of all India Operations and take independent charge of Administration, Facility Management, Security, Purchase, Stores, Construction & Infrastructure development, Transport, Canteen, Communication (IT / Technology) of all Schools & Corporate Office (20,000 sq. ft.).

- Maintaining high level of customer service - both Internal & External is important.

- Strong relationship with vendor partners a must.

The Candidate Details :

- 45 - 55 years Age

- BE + MBA preferred

- With minimum 15 years of relevant experience of which minimum 5 years should be as National Head of above functions in a people / location intensive sector - Retail Banking / QSR / Retail / Logistics / BPO etc.

- Ex-Armed Forces Personnel with minimum 5 years of relevant corporate experience welcome.

- Strong customer services / relationship management orientation, strong people & commercial skills, ability to multitask a must
