Our client is a BSE and NSE listed, small business lending fintech platform. The Company is focused on addressing capital needs of small businesses.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating, planning and execution of strategy for roll out of New Branches as well as relocation of existing branches in line with organizational needs.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
- Responsible for Cost Control and timely implementation of all infrastructure projects.
- Responsible for handling compliance issues / correspondence with regulatory body for branch roll-out / closure / relocation, etc.
- Supporting business team for delivery of new offices from vendors; conduct branch readiness audit and ensure smooth handover of the branch to business
- Coordinate the office activities and operations so as to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise the administrative staff and divide responsibilities as to ensure better performance
- Insures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Responsible for developing and streamlining systems to enhance operational / administrative effectiveness and meet operational costs within cost, timelines and quality parameters
- Directing development and implementation of key procurement strategies / contingency plans for commodities; identifying new potential vendors for strategic sourcing.
- Responsible for Infrastructure Management, Vendor Development, Budgeting, Housekeeping, Transport Management & Security Management to ensure departmental profitability
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Overall 18+ years of experience. BFSI sector experience will be added advantage.
- Experience of 12+ yrs in Procurement, facilities management, supply chain, travel arrangements etc
- At least 12+ yrs. experience in handling 300+ branches PAN India.
- Proven experience in managerial roles.
- Well versed with Government Liasoning, compliance etc
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team.
- Willingness to travel : 80%
