Admin & Facilities Head
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions across multiple branches, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead and develop a team of administrative professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their administrative needs and provide timely solutions and support.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute new branch launches, including infrastructure management, vendor management, and logistical support.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to housekeeping, safety, security, and travel management to maintain a safe and conducive work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and space utilization to optimize resources.
- Analyze administrative processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to administrative operations.
- Act as a liaison between the administrative team and senior management, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in administrative leadership roles, with at least 5 years serving as a national admin head in a multi-branch organization, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent planning, execution, and analytical abilities to effectively manage complex administrative operations.
- Experience in managing spread-out teams and coordinating activities across multiple locations.
- Ex-military personnel preferred, with a strong understanding of discipline, organization, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated expertise in new branch launches, infrastructure management, vendor management, and facilities management.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and optimizing resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
