Job Description :
- Support all the branches for Pan India Location in below mention area
- Coordinating with all the Zonal Offices for the smooth flow of the admin role.
- Handle general office administration
- Repair maintenance
- Smooth supply of Printing & stationery
- AMC - DG, UPS, AC etc.
- Upkeep of all RO & Branches
- Compliance management like various licenses, Fire and safety, etc.
- Having analytical skills to understand the spend /expenses and bring out best cost optimization initiative without impeding Service quality
- Travel & hotel booking
- Vendor managements
- Maintaining trackers, MIS and inventories
- Preparing reports and presenting it
- Managing events
- Managing travel and accommodation requests
