Responsibilities :
- Optimizing resource utilization and improve operational efficiency
- To Ensure organizational compliance with all required regulatory and licensing authorities
- Monitoring and supporting the human resources operations including Stake Holder Management, Recruitment & Retention, Policies & Processes, Change Management, while partnering with Global Teams
- Set up mechanism (infrastructure) to ensure effective interdepartmental and client communication
- To act as the key point of contact for all allocated service suppliers. Gain a full understanding of contractual obligations for the delivery of all services
- An understanding of commercial contracts and experience of managing agreed Service Levels within budget
- Maintaining and keeping all statutory records and contracts. Negotiating and renewal of various contracts
- Establish standards and procedures (travel/leave policy etc), visa and employment permits and facility management
- Plan and control overall budget compliances
- Preparation of MIS reports for the senior management
- Managing and supervise the relocation of office spaces as required by company expansion needs
- Support delivery, marketing and training activities
- Oversee legal activities
