- Responsible for leading the entire west team (7-8 members), building a go-to-market strategy, identifying bottlenecks and road blocks, as well as creatively solving for them.
- They will need to support their team in getting access to key industry influencers,accompany them for senior level meetings, thinking through sales-strategy, refining individual client pitches through a ground level understanding of the requirements of the market.
- They would need to be adept at articulating the client proposition, outlining the key differentiation, explaining the technologically innovative platforms and demonstrating innovative use-cases that drive real value and impact for the client.
- They must be able to hold a conversation with senior, mid-level as well as junior employees at their clients, and at adept at nurturing and building one-on-one relationships
- They would have fantastic communication and presentation skills and the microsoft office suite should be nature to them.
- 15+ years prior experience in media ad-sales, at highly reputed firms - preferable with good understanding of the ad-tech and digital ad-sales ecosystem;
- Candidates with deep experience in the TV ad sales should also apply.
- Strong knack for branding solutioning.
- Experience in business development, pitching, winning client accounts and in client servicing.
- Strong product focus and a passion for technology and tech innovation
- Must have excellent powerpoint skills.
- MBA (focus on marketing and sales) is strongly preferred, but not mandatory.
- Prior people management / team lead experience is strongly preferred.
