Head - Ad Sales - FinTech Startup - IIM/FMS/SPJain

Looking for a go getter for a Fin tech start up. Senior AD Sales people from companies like Zomato, Flipcart, Snapdeal and Amazon

Job Description :

- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting

- Should directly have influence over 50 big brands and then lead a team of Ad Sales.

- Responsible for devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.

- Directly sourcing brands, getting teams to make merchants agree to promote their products with the Fintech company

- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He/She should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.

- Will need to make his/her team work as a single unit working towards a common objective. Develop lucrative incentive schemes and introduce monetary benefits to encourage them to deliver their level best.

Experience :

- MBA from Grade A Colleges only

- Target oriented with great communication, personality + networking skills

- He/She should be a super performer with ad sales and ready to work hard and have a huge passion to earn and make an impact

- Position will be in Delhi but requires very extensive travel

- With 10-15 years experience in Ad Sales & Agency Management
