Job Profile:

Conceptualizing and creating the marketing strategy and successful implementation of the same to service both near term and the long-term business needs of the organization. Leverages current member base to contribute to acquisition through referrals.

Leverages current member base to contribute to acquisition through referrals. This is done in close consultation with the Zonal sales and marketing teams.

Monitoring quantitative and qualitative parameters such as total numbers of leads, unit sales as per target set, budget metrics that include Cost per lead, cost per sale, qualified appointments set up, contribution by channels that would include the direct sales teams, venue and sales associates and referral programmes and strict adherence to monthly, quarterly and annual budgets. Qualitative parameters would include innovation in activation, newer methods of acquisition, employing quality improvisation in processes, improving manpower quality, enabling standard procedures to reduce cost.

Involves in identifying the needs for resources, planning for resources, arranging for resources (in collaboration with Finance, Systems, HR and other functions) and ensuring deployment as per departmental priorities. Resources include financial, systems and people resources.

Contributes to the management decisions.
