WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH: You will work with Category Heads , Content Marketing team and SEO team WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will have the following key responsibilities: - Heading Strategy and Operations for Youtube. Designing and implementing Youtube Operation strategy to align with business goals AI Powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 1 - Formulating content strategy and calendar for each operational channel. - Working closely with category heads to ensure that strategy and calendars are followed as per plan. - Working with SEO to ensure content marketing is in sync across blogs and youtube to cover all exam events. - Formulating high-quality visual content for Youtube video across channels Category. - Building a Youtube viewership and subscribers (presence) by maintaining a solid online presence. - Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement. - Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives. - Responsible for building the team to deliver the operations - Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences - Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.
