Head - Accounts & Tax - CA - NBFC

- Responsible for finalization of accounts of listed NBFC

- Handle issues of Company Act 2013, GST, NBFC, SEBI & NSE/BSE regulations - wrt listed companies

- Responsible for tax audit, budgets, income tax planning, GST, Fema and CLB issues

- Represent company with Banks for working capital, enhancement of limits, prepare projections & CMA

- Initiate EMI calculations - control retail sales

- Create & interpret weekly MIS & day-to-day running of function

- Manage growth with financial prudence; independently implement robust financial processes

- Have keen business sense and exceptional at financial & business analysis

- Strong personality, business acumen & communication skills; leader with foresight & futuristic vision to translate management goals into action; have long term commitment

- CA, 5-10 years experience, 28-33 years of age
