Job title : Corporate-Finance & Accounts

Job Location : Mumbai, Andheri East

Education: CA / ICWA / MBA / M.com

Experience: Min 15 to 16 years

CTC: Upto 18 LPA (It will vary based on experience)-Max 25LPA

Job purpose: Will be part of internal shared service team working for finance & accounts department.

Requirement and Responsiblity:

- Collaborating with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining features backlog and specifying requirements.

- To review all contractual documents (SOW, agreements, letters, endorsements etc.) for all the projects.

- To review and give feedback on the Contract Order terms and condition received from customer, so that it reflects the best interest of the Company.

- Proper co-ordination with project, sales team, & Finance and ensure that complete detail is prepared and document for any new project.

- Periodic review (monthly) of Revenue/unbilled revenue which proper justification for material difference.

- Maintaining unbilled ageing with reason for not invoicing.

- To have proper control on invoice booking and ensure that the same is in line with contractual requirements.

- To anticipate events and conduct analysis of contractual risk. Managing project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.

- Periodic review with business and management team and update on for any variation in revenue.

- Follow-up with customer for timely collection and resolve for any technical, financial or taxation query.

- Ensure that there is no revenue leakage and also handle the internal and statutory audit or any other audit of Revenue.

- Maintaining the Ageing of Trade Receivable with reason for delay in receivable if any. Analyze, assess and update the creditworthiness of existing and new clients.

- Prepare and maintain TDS reconciliation with TDS receivable as per books vs Form 26 AS of income tax.

Qualifications:

Education: Commerce graduate, M.com, CA qualitied.
