About our Client - Our client is a large Indian Conglomerate with over 20 + subsidiaries and joint venture interests. They are currently looking for an experienced Finance professional to join them in the capacity of Head of Accounts based out of their corporate office in Mumbai

Job Description - As the Head of Accounts you will be reporting to the Head of Accounts and MIS. You will be responsible for :

- Finalizing quarterly/annual accounts while monitoring monthly closing of accounts

- Reviewing complete set of standalone & consolidated financial in compliance with IGAAP

- Liaising with overseas finance teams for timely compliance of monthly\quarterly and annual closing

- Liaising with auditors for reporting compliances and internal controls

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant you will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years post qualification experience. You must be working in a Managerial position with similar responsibilities,should have handled consolidations, and preferably have had prior experience in the Pharmaceutical sector
