Accounts Head

Required Functional Competencies:

- Knowledge of accounting standards

- Expertise in Consolidation and Finalization of Accounts

- Handling management demands and tracking of related party transactions

- Expertise in preparation of budgets, its monitoring and control

- Good knowledge in taxation - direct & indirect

- Thorough knowledge of SAP-FICO

- Good Knowledge of MS office packages

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Preparation of Quarterly standalone and consolidated financials for all 3 companies (5 units)

- Review of Unit Accounts

- Handle Statutory and other audits

- Corporate Accounts

- Preparation of schedules (PL and BS) for Quarterly Board meeting

- Resolving audit queries, preparation of workings for schedules, finalize accounts and get it approved by auditors, CFO.
