Head - Accounts - Manufacturing - CA/IFRS

- This job is for a CA with about 12 - 15 years of experience from a manufacturing set up. As a Business Controller, you are expected to handle accounting, controllership and business finance. Since this is a regional role, you will be dealing with global stakeholder and handling a team of about 10 - 12 people. You must have worked in accounting per IFRS (Europe/UK).

Description

Key responsibilities for the role are:

- Finalization of Financial Statements per IFRS, and IndA

- Ensuring accounting practices are adhered per IFRS, IndAS, IGAAP, Accounting Rules and Statutory requirements

- Implementing and executing the most appropriate policies and controls critical to the smooth functioning of the organisation

- Responsible for ensuring timely and smooth completing of all Statutory audits, Tax audits and yearly audits

Profile

As ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with about 12 - 15 years of experience in a manufacturing set up and experience of accounting in IFRS, IndAS, IGAAP. Strong communication skills with stakeholder and team management are a must have.
