Job Responsibilities:
- Overall Supervision & Control of Accounts up to Finalization of Books.
- Setting up & evaluating the F&A processes for controls and business monitoring.
- Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Financials (BS and P&L Statement).
- Preparation of Quarterly & Annual Reports for Listed Company.
- Project Accounting & Capitalization of Greenfield Project.
- Ensuring compliance w.r.t. Income Tax, VAT, Excise, Service Tax & GST.
- Availing the Benefits of Export Incentives.
- Working Capital Management (Managing Fund Flow / Liaison with Banks).
- Controlling over Inventory Movement, Debtors Collection & Creditors Payment.
- Preparation of Annual Business Plan for Sales, Expenses & Profitability
- Cost Analysis & Cost Control and Monthly Review of Overheads-BP V/s Actuals
- Co-ordination with Internal, Statutory & Cost Auditors.
- Negotiation with Contractors & Service Providers
- Preparing MIS for strategic decisions as required by CEO & President
- Monthly MRM Presentation & Strong Coordination with Inter-department.
- Co-ordination for Insurance Matters
