Head - Accounts & Finance - Fund Raising

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy Development:

- Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the company's goals and financial needs.

- This includes identifying potential funding sources, such as grants, investors, donors, and partnerships.

Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing donors, investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

- Build rapport and trust to secure financial support for our initiatives.

Proposal and Grant Writing:

- Prepare compelling proposals, grant applications, and pitch decks to attract funding.

- Ensure that all fundraising materials are well-researched, persuasive, and aligned with the organization's objectives.

Financial Analysis:

- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess the financial health of the organization and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and projections to support fundraising efforts and demonstrate financial sustainability.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including donors, investors, and board members.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals involved in fundraising activities.

- Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

- CA Must.

- Proven experience in fundraising, financial management, or a related field, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Solid financial analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
