To prepare & maintain statutory books of accounts, balance sheet, reconciliation statements

- To formulate tax plans and filling/ processing of tax and assisting in other tax matters to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements under direct and Indirect tax like service tax, VAT

- To establish strategic cost management systems / techniques for monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations

- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

- Budget Management / Operations Management

- Debt management

- Team Management

Experience: 12-20 yrs
