What You Will Do -

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

- Experience in preparing MIS Reporting

- Manage TDS Return Data Preparation and Return Filing

- Manage GST Return Data Preparation and Return Filing

- Coordinate and complete annual audits

- Provide recommendations.

- Monthly Company payroll

- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

- Meet financial accounting objectives.

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

- Responsible for timely month closure of financial books.

- Must be excellent at handling ground level tally, data entry work.

- Monitor any error and rectify it immediately.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task in a constantly changing requirements.

What You Will Need :

- Certification as a Chartered Accountant or a master's degree in Finance

- 5 to 9 years of overall experience in Accounts

- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders.
