- Presenting Manufacturing & Commercial MIS with Variance Analysis.

- Working Capital Deployed - Fixation of Inventory norms, periodically Analysis with respective Business head to take corrective action.

- Control over P2P.

- Negotiation & Finalization of All India Raw Material Pricing & Transportation Agreements

- Review of product costing.

- Coordination with Internal auditor to close their query.

- Preparation of manufacturing MIS along with review of Product Costing,
