JOB Timings/ WOrking Days: 5 Days a week, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

MUST: people from Retails and FMCG Industry (FMCG Distributors Only) majorly experience into day to day accounts

Job Description:

- Monitoring of financial statements including Trial Balance, P&L A/c, General Ledger, Receivable & Payable management, Balance Sheet on regular basis.

- Responsible for book closure comprising of Consolidated P&L, Division wise P&L, Balances Sheet, Cash Flow statements and period closing activities monthly and yearly.

- Preparing the MIS reports and other financial reports to keep a track of financial- performance.

- Reviewing financials on a daily basis during month end period and reporting issues to finance management, comparing actual to plan/forecast/prior period to ensure correct month end close and investigating unusual posting and/or escalating with concern team.

- Debtor management, follow up of receivables, monitoring ageing of dues.

- Creditor's management- Ensuring timely payment of vendors, cash flow management,- resolving queries etc.

- Maintaining and analyzing revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded- appropriately on a monthly basis.

- Responsible for Financial Reporting under US GAAP, I GAAP

- Reconciliation of US GAAP- & Indian GAAP Financial statements Compilation of Statutory audit under US GAAP, Indian GAAP

- Finalization of Accounts under Indian and US GAAP

- Coordinating with the Internal and Statutory Auditors, ensuring sufficient level of audit- preparedness and eventually ensure timely completion of audits.

- Implementing systems, procedures & manuals for preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts & Financial Statements.

- Performing all activities relating to budgets, which include estimation, preparation, and collection input data, making the assumption for future growth, Control & reporting.
