Roles and Responsibilities:

- The Accounting Head will play a crucial role in leading and managing our accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, exceptional financial acumen, and a proven track record of success.

- The Accounting Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

- Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization, collaborating with executive management to drive financial success.

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CA with with 12-15 years of experience in accounting and finance from telecom / digital infrastructure / network solutions provider

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.

- Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to provide valuable financial insights.

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and financial integrity.
