Job Requirement: - Education/ Certification : CA - Professional Experience: 12+ years with SAP Advance exposure Required Knowledge: - Accounting and reporting as per IND AS and IFRS: Expert - Statutory compliance Direct and Indirect taxation: Expert - System and controls: Advanced - SAP - FI, MM &amp; SD: Advanced Areas of Responsibilities and Tasks : Accounting &amp; Reporting: - Develop &amp; maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with IND AS/IFRS. - Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable accounts receivable and petty cash and related commercial processes. - Fixed Assets accounting. - Manage the cash flow and to prepare the cash-flow forecast. - Monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting both statutory and management/corporate reporting as per set timeline. Internal financial control &amp; compliances : - Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. Statutory Compliance : - Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met both for direct and indirect taxes. Audit : - Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and annual general meeting and liaise with auditors and Board, Audit Committee and the external auditor as necessary for timely completion. - To manage all audits including internal/cost/departmental/corporate/statutory. - Conduct GRC and IFC audit as required. System and controls : - Knowledge of various systems and controls including financial statement closing process/order to cash/ procurement to pay/HR &amp; payroll/ inventory to manufacturing/Asset management. Budget and budgetary controls : - Knowledge of budgets and budgetary controls. Others : - To work with management on strategy, strategic plans, and projects. - To work with cross-functional teams as a team player.
