- Incumbent Should be CA first attempt

- Must be from Manufacturing Background

- Developing and implementing Financial and Accounting strategy

- Responsible for Business analysis, inventory and debtor control and finalization and audit of annual report

- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained as per organization's expectations

- Ensure Quality financial results of the Group in compliance with relevant accounting standards and other applicable laws are delivered.

- Handling auditors and ensuring audit of accounts are completed for standalone and consolidated and ensuring no concerns are raised to Audit committee.

- Compilation of Budgets and estimates at standalone and group level for measuring performance against benchmarks.

- Ensuring Related Party requirements Companies Act and IndAS including identification of related parties, approval and reporting.

- Pro-active identification, dissemination and implementation of accounting developments applicable to the Company and the Group.

- Evaluating various accounting options available and selecting the best option in the overall interest of the Group

- Centre of Excellence activities for Accounts

- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with applicable accounting standards

- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financials-Balance sheets, P&L, Cash-flow statements

- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, account receivable, credit control and petty cash

- Reconcile bank and investment accounts; and manage working capital

- Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board members
