Head - Accounting & Finance - CA - KPO

The incumbent would be responsible for:-

- Responsible for monthly management accounting and reporting to the management in US.

- Setting up and implementing various processes related to accounting and to streamline bookkeeping activities

- Setting up financial and operational systems for the group.

- Preparation of end of year financial reports and forecasting the financial position of the company.

- Hold monthly meetings with management to discuss the budgetary position and agree action plans where required

- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.

- Managing company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.

- Management of accounting team to produce the accurate data.

- We are looking at qualified Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience.

- Candidates with knowledge of U.S. GAAP is preferred.
