Job Description :

- Handling accounting for subsidiaries in the retail platform. Leading a team involved in accounting and finalization of books of accounts.

Responsibilities include :

- Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements for three subsidiary companies of the Retail platform. Liaison with Statutory Auditors for completion of audit and necessary sign-offs

- Ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines, NHB norms and various accounting standards as applicable

- Balance Sheet schedules as per the latest Companies Act.

- Handling regulatory inspections and serving as a point of contact

- Compiling MIS for senior management team, providing key variances and reasoning

- Maintaining chart of accounts in SAP

- Tax planning and payment of advance tax
