Head - Network Partner - Telecom

Lead the Access Network( Hybrid Fiber & Ethernet) Operations for Planning / Designing / Roll-Out/ Operational & Maintenance with major focus on transforming existing network on Fiber by building high resilience, converged services with improved quality of service .

Key Responsibilities & Accountability :

a) Planning & Execution of FIber Rollouts by identifying the right plan & design, overcoming the challenges for execution with complete focus on timeline deliveries .

b) Strategize ways of improving the bad quality fields network with high fault rate at economical & reasonable cost .

c) Deal & find solution for network Operational issues beyond the control of Field resources by in depth analysis or engaging with Peer team ( Technology).

d) Engage with Customer care periodically to find out the reasons behind the Complaints & Outages and try to fix it by driving multiple initiatives .

e) Works closely with the Technology team to ensure broadband, cable television are constructed correctly .

Expected Person For Role :

a) Extensive knowledge On Fiber with an innovative mind in modelling Fiber to build resilient /robust/economical network for delivering multiple services ( Internet /CableTv/IPTV /Voice ) to home .

b) Extensive Knowledge and experience in Planning, Designing & Implementing Broadband networks (METRO ETHERNET/FTTH/FTTB) with a focus on deploying access networks vis-a-vis Investments.

c) Expertise in budgeting Capex (BOM) and integrating the overall project cost by Architecting FTTX design through GIS with best fitment in terms of faster ROI andscalability.

d) Extensive knowledge on Cable Tv deployments, its working & integration on converged (Internet & Cable) fiber networks

e) Oversee resource planning and assist in sizing work.
