Hea Boosters has been started by IIM Ahmedabad alumni and backed by marquee angel investors. We are looking to expand our team and looking to bring on board a Marketing Associate.

Your Role : 

- You will be responsible for planning and creating content for marketing

- You will also plan and execute campaigns and events and track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events

- You will derive insights from data generated on customer behaviour and use that feedback to ensure higher growth

Responsibilities : 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

What we are looking for : 

- Excellent writing and communication skills

- 2-4 years of experience in creating written as well as visual content for Blogs, Ad Copies, Social Posts etc.

- Understanding of concepts such as campaign types, optimisation strategies, bidding strategies, SEOs, Keyword analysis is an added plus

- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, strong interpersonal skills

- Having worked in a consumer focussed product brand company is an added plus

- A go-getter attitude along with ownership and accountability for all activities

- A dash of humour and wit
