HDRF - Operational Director/Manager

The candidate must meet the following conditions:

- Higher technical education;

- MBA desired;

- At least 5 years experience in a managerial position (managing a team of at least 15 people);

- Excellent knowledge of IT tools (including the entire Office package);

- Ability to work in an international, culturally diverse environment;

- Ability to work in a dynamically developing team;

- Ability to travel frequently within India and Europe;

- Knowledge of the metal processing industry and welding business very important;

- Knowledge of sales, marketing, import and export realities in India

- Developed interpersonal skills, ability to maintain effective communication internally as well as with the business partners

- Good communication and leadership skills (delegating tasks, supervising their execution, reporting skills);

- Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills

- Goals & results orientation, decision making and problem solving skills

- Disciplined;

- High organizational skills;

- Good knowledge of business finances.

- Driving license

- Preferred age 40+
