Job Role:

- Ensure the revenue cost ratio is maintained across the cluster

- Equity/ Currency/ TPP and any other new launch.

- Ensuring adequate clientele for all branches.

- Customer retention techniques and Ensure Compliance while serving the customers.

- Team management and ensure optimum productivity

- Manage entire Retails Sales Process for respective cluster

- Manage the Branches at different locations/ cities (Hiring and retaining qualified resources in branches)

Eligibility for role:

- Degree holder with 15- 20 years of experience in equity markets - Retail Channel management, Wealth management

- Good understanding on financial markets

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- A good team player
