Job Description :
- Maintain and increase sales revenue.
- Analyzing sales figures to develop sales strategies.
- Recruiting and training sales staff. Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Responsible for individual and team target.
- Monitor and Motivate team performance.
- Dealing with some major customer accounts personally.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Requirements :
Qualification : MBA/PGDBM
Experience :
- 5+ years in Corporate Sales preferably in Offline/Print/ Online Media industry.
- Minimum of 2 years in a team management role (Team Size: Min 2)
- Must be well-groomed and presentable.
- Must have willingness to travel (Hyderabad & Chennai)
- Should possess good interpersonal skills, optimistic in nature.
- Must have excellent knowledge of the English language - written and spoken
