Key services include Leasing/Sale & Purchase of Residential & Commercial Properties to Land Purchase & Pricing, and also Consulting & Valuations, and Capital Market advisory services, for a pan India customer base including top Corporates and Developers.
We are looking for a senior resource to manager Human Resources vertical for HDFC Realty. Kindly find below brief on the role:
- Should have experience in recruitment and salary negotiation.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Experience in Training and Development at all levels of the management structure.
- Should Travel PAN India for training/learning and development purpose
- Experience and knowledge of motivational programmes, rewards management programmes
- Help define job profiles and KRA of various positions in the company.
- Setting up goal setting process for all the employees
- Devise Appraisal Systems and implement the same.
- Devise HR policies like travel, reimbursement, leave etc. and ensure implementation.
- Manage vendors to whom payroll and other related work has been outsourced.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Investigation with regards to any fraud case occurred and also take necessary actions.
Skills, Knowledge:
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Creative, forward thinker.
- Good communication skills play an important role in maintaining the balance between the employee demands and the company obligations.

Qualification: MBA in Human Resource with 10 - 15 years experience in BFSI/ Real Estate industry.
