Key services include Leasing/Sale & Purchase of Residential & Commercial Properties to Land Purchase & Pricing, and also Consulting & Valuations, and Capital Market advisory services, for a pan India customer base including top Corporates and Developers.

We are looking for Manager Residential (HNI) in Mumbai. Experienced candidates from International Property Consultants will be preferred.

Brief about the role:

- Engage and build valuable relationships with High net-worth Individuals (HNIs and ultra HNIs) for managing their immovable assets- portfolio

- Run real estate advisory for HNIs/ large investors for buying, selling and leasing of residential properties and land parcels

- Be responsible for acquisition of new clients and end-to-end ownership of their real estate portfolio

- Present research data and trends on real estate and advise clients on growth opportunities in real estate sector

- Internally collaborate with the transaction teams on effective and efficient deal closures

- Manage a team of relationship managers and coaching them as per business needs

- Manage the P&L for the division and work on enhancing revenue and clientele for the organization

- Represent the organization in different forums, as and when necessary

Job Specific Skills:

- Self motivated individual with a successful track record in Wealth management/ Private banking

- Good understanding of the business preferably, real estate sector

- Articulate and professional communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Qualification and Experience:

MBA from a reputed B- school with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
