Key services include Leasing/Sale & Purchase of Residential & Commercial Properties to Land Purchase & Pricing, and also Consulting & Valuations, and Capital Market advisory services, for a pan India customer base including top Corporates and Developers.

We are looking for a senior resource with our Consulting & Valuation team. Kindly find below brief on the role

Technically assess and evaluate Residential and Commercial assets of clients as per their requirements

Be involved in business development for valuation assignments and create new demand in the market

Conduct due diligence, research and execute assignment and present verified reports on consulting and valuation within specified timelines

Manage a team of resources and mentor them on their projects

We are looking at candidates from consulting background or from International Property Consultants only.
