It is a 100% subsidiary of HDFC Limited - one of India's reputed financial institutions with a presence in banking, life & general insurance, asset management, venture capital and loans, and is headquartered out of Mumbai, India.

Key services include Leasing/Sale & Purchase of Residential & Commercial Properties to Land Purchase & Pricing, and also Consulting & Valuations, and Capital Market advisory services, for a pan India customer base including top Corporates and Developers.

We are looking for Commercial Managers in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore. Experienced candidates from International Property Consultants will be preferred.

Brief about the role:

- Manage Commercial and Retail transactions as well as land transactions for his his territory. This will involve liasoning as well as outright transactions

- Visiting Corporates, institutions, retailers for generating demand.

- Corporate Marketing - to tap corporate client for generating deals.

- He/She has to define and achieve targets for himself and his territory.

- Going for site visits and closing deals.

- Monitoring Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Operations

- Developing relationships with Builders and brokers to ensure tap supply.

- Develop and maintain client relationship, enable smooth co-ordination to ensure efficient and effective customer service.

- Negotiation/Deal finalization & monitoring day to day activity for ensuring proper documentation related to deal.

- Look after collection & receivable management.

- Monitoring and ensuring optimal productivity of his team.

- Auditing sales calls to ensure quality management.

- Manages relations with the Marketing team to ensure enough leads, generates own leads through the team & also ensures leads through references

Eligibility & CTC:

- Should be an MBA in Marketing\ Finance with an inclination towards sales

- Should be presentable and in the age group of 28 - 35 years

- Should have 7+ years of work experience

- Must have at least 5 years experience from the same industry
