Key services include Leasing/Sale & Purchase of Residential & Commercial Properties to Land Purchase & Pricing, and also Consulting & Valuations, and Capital Market advisory services, for a pan India customer base including top Corporates and Developers.
We are looking for a HR operation resource in our Mumbai office. Kindly find below brief on the role:
- Coordinating with payroll team
- Maintaining and tracking attendance
- Maintaining exit data
- Assisting in appraisal process & collation of data
- Issuing medical & accidental insurance
- Full & Final settlement (end to end)
- Updating and maintaining HR database; digitization and automation
- Vendor management & payment
- Issuing Non-Performance letter & co-ordination with regional heads
- Maintaining MIS and preparing Reports, dashboards
