HDFC Limited - Legal Officer - LLB

The job description of the applicant needed for the position is given below.

The applicants should be Law Graduate (LLB or above) with at least 1-4 years experience in handling both Civil and Criminal Cases. Should be well conversant with the Law and related procedures/practice adopted in the day to day operations in all the Courts/Judicial Forum.

Candidate applying for the above function should have the over all experience of the law related work and should be proficient in various processes and systems that are in practice. He should be also having a good drafting and communication skill along with the proficiency in English & should also have good computer Knowledge. He should be willing to work both in and outside office, including attending hearing in various Courts in Delhi/NCR.

Job Role:

- Drafting of Notices/Plaints, rejoinders

- Liasioning with Lawyers/Police and others related agencies

- Representing the Organisation in various forum/Authorities

- Reporting on Compliance issues

- Assist the Recoveries team with all legal support

- Maintenance and Updation of Legal records/Module etc.
