- Deliver full recruitment services including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers.
- Keep in touch with recruitment agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, etc.
- Handling matters pertaining to HR Statutory Compliance
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- The collection of HR metrics, analysis of the data, properly collating it, reporting the data and finally identification of trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of engagement programs that will drive increased employee satisfaction and commitment levels
- To be a part of the team that is driving HR Automation
