Job Description:

- Development of New Products

- Insight into competitor strategies for entering new segments/product range

- New Product Comparison

- Track on Regulatory Change

- Competition research on existing products & survey of their performance

- Benchmarking against best prax in the industry on processes and evaluating/implementing the same

- Understanding of Regulations

- Planning and Execution of product launches

- Planning and monitoring target Vs Achievement at product & category level

- Execution of post-launch activities viz. preparation of documents, filing the documents, designing coats, ensuring

adequate due diligence etc.

- Accuracy and consistency in reporting nos and activities

- Responsiveness to market/regulations

- End to end ownership for product and ensuring coordination across

Candidate Requirement :

- Any graduate/Post Graduate with 6 to 10 Years of experience in Insurance & Product Development.

- Analytical & Logical reasoning skills 

- Should have the ability to present data to highlight specific business objectives

- Should have excellent relationship management skills
