Job Description
- Evaluate opportunity areas within own channel and acquire understanding of benchmark practices and adapt and adopt best practices
- Write Sales management processes and ensure implementation of SMP in the channel
- Streamlining and development of processes (Eg: Exception management process, persistency improvement, TOP FC Issue resolution, Qual FC tagging process) for smooth sales management
- Ensure high due diligence of exception cases related to sales & FC contests, STAR, FLS exits and ensure timely fulfilment through appropriate usage of ZBS and channel budgets.
- Grievance handling & RMCU Pending clearance
- Drive usage and adoption of the newly developed mobility applications in the field sales enhancing the Distributor and internal partner satisfaction by closely working with Channel SPOCs by following a structured Change management Plan
- Design and drive partner/sales feedback modules for consistent development to the mobility, on-boarding & integration developments
- Engage with partners and sales in order to understand their challenges, requirements in the process and drive integration projects for a fortified relationship
Candidate Requirement :
Graduate/ MBA with 6 to 10 Years of experience in sales support, sales strategy and planning, business analysis and MIS reporting. Should have excellent relationship management skills
