Role: Manager- Marketing (Consumer Insights and Market Research) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : - Identify and sensitize need for consumer insights and research in the organization, driving the culture of decision making based on customer insight/feedback and Enhance the effectiveness of strategic initiatives using consumer feedback at relevant junctures - Add value to the organization and internal teams decision making by delivering quality, timely (adhoc) quantitative & qualitative studies as per internal teams requirements - Plan and implement research calendar and budgets in line with organizational objectives - Continuously improve the quality of studies through a process or methodology improvements - Work with the Research Agency in arriving at quality outputs (Top lines/presentations) in line with the research brief - Do efficient Vendor management (ensure best value for money for the organization by creating an understanding of category requirements, challenges faced by us, for a better solution to be derived) - Publish a research calendar, budget management, support audits & compliance measures CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT : - MBA/ PGDM with 4+ years of relevant work experience - Preferably from BFSI industry
