What are we looking for-
The Manager will be a part of the Marketing department and will be responsible for increasing the relationship value of the existing customers by generating incremental NOPs & EPI through cross-sell, up-sell & referrals. Ensuring lower cost of acquisition for incremental business.
You will be expected to:
- Define and develop the business and marketing objectives and annual strategy for building incremental business
- Identify customer segmentation categories basis demographics & policy parameters.
- Design & execute annual marketing calendar (including occasions) for customer cross-sell/ up-sell/ referral programs for pre-defined customer segments.
- Achieve cross-sell lead target month on month
- Track the lead funnel & ensure desired level of appointment generation from leads
- Drive sales channels for lead / appointment closure & sales diary updation (leads & references)
What qualifies you for the role-
MBA (Marketing) with 5-7 years of experience, including work on campaign management & cross-sell in the digital space. Prior experince in the insurance domain will be preferred.
