HDFC Life - Manager - Business Insights

- Enterprise version of Qlik to be leveraged to enable Enterprise BI solution using Qlik.

- Develop, enhance, re-engineer, maintain and support QlikView and OBIEE applications to create robust services around business requirements to inform business decision-making.

- Design, Build, Test and Debug BI solutions like Dashboards, Scorecards, Analytic reports, MIS reports.

- Responsible for Management Information report design and production. Scope and prioritize work stream.

- Liaise with IT service center to facilitate solutions where applicable and assist in data understanding i.e. schemas and data definitions.

- Manage the vendor and system integrator with best alignment to the agreement of sales and service on the dashboard tool

- Manage dashboard with minimum downtime by ensuring alignment with IT and other allied functions.

- Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for BI front-end applications.

- Data hygiene, data management, and data processing

- Design and deliver end-user training and training materials; provide technical support as necessary.
