- Identify and evaluate new distribution & business development opportunities, formulate sales strategies and develop proposals in line with company's mission and vision. Undertake, coordinate and implement company's strategic planning activities and corporate development initiatives - Identify opportunity to expand in tier 3-4 locations and prioritize locations basis potential and define model for expansion - Identify potential based FC segmentation as the key lever that helps to define differentiated value propositions to drive targeted recruitment, higher productivity and retention - Designing FLS value proposition in terms of skilling - to enhance FLS retention - Work on the FLS productivity measures and analyze closely to drive efficiencies - Operational excellence to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Identifying key business levers to support business strategy and its implementation. Technical skills detailing the action plan for key business metrics. - Coordination, tracking and progress report on business lever tracking. Identify and remove bottlenecks with support from the concerned business heads. - Bring an external perspective and robust work processes / best practices support business through data / fact-based analysis, value stream mapping, root cause analysis and identification of wasteful process steps. Identify solutions and institutionalizing the same through sustainable work processes with adequate control and monitoring - Perform market research, industry trend and competitors analysis - Ensure execution of central planned activities, extensive tracking and handhold the team on objective achievement - Work on channel projects and achieve the objective - Program manage the new initiatives for successful implementation Candidate requirement : - 5+ years of relevant work exp in insurance / BFSI industry - MBA/PGDM would be preferred Key skills : - Sales strategy, sales budgeting, sales support, sales analysis, sales planning.
