HDFC Bank - Unit Head - Retail Asset Operations - Central Processing Unit

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

- Manage CPU for Operations function executed for Retail Asset Products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing all disbursement hubs and customer service centers of designated products in the assigned branches

The designated products are listed below:

- Vehicle Loans ( Auto, TW, CTG Group),

- Retail Unsecured Loans ( Personal Loans and SHG Loans),

- Mortgage Loans (Loans Against property, Rent Receivables etc) Working Capital Facilities, Term Loans, Trade Limits and Non-Fund Based facilities for Business Banking Group and Emerging Enterprises Group (EEG).

- Retail Agri-Loans.

- Loans Against Securities ( Shares, Bonds, NSC, KVPs etc)

- Central Control Unit (CCU)

Staff management:

- Ensuring proper training to Staff under management

- Ensure systematic Process Reviews for manual processes.

- Ensuing all Infrastructure facilities are maintained / managed as per requirement

- Ensuring job rotation for staff under management

- Ensuring error-free operations

- Ensuring proper staffing

Cost reduction:

- Achieve cost reduction of at least 30% on the Cost per Unit or Cost per Transaction

Monitor Asset Ops at branches:

- Complete Operational Ownership of all Units Managed

- Highest Accuracy and Control of Operational Risks

- Control and Reduction of Costs

- Ensure exceptions are highlighted to business regularly

- Meet the agreed TATs ( as per SLA document) for various service
