Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring that TAT committed to Business as per SLA is honored on an ongoing basis.

2. Ensuring 100% accuracy in document scrutiny, CAM checking, data capture in core / support & CLIMS system, and limit setting.

3. Ensuring that Basel requirements like RAM rating, RAROC, Security Value capture & linkage, PAN, updation, NPA Rule Id, etc. happen accurately as they have CAPAD / RAROC impact.

4. Ensuring - Satisfactory - audit report for the function, which has its roots in running seamless processes, proactively identifying & addressing potential risks, etc.

5. Coordinating with Credit / Legal for appropriate clarifications - suo moto / basis business contention.

6. Handling complicated / unique cases & providing guidance to team leader / authorizer.

7. Providing operational framework to team leader for implementing new processes

8. To have a solution-oriented approach to problems with due weight to compliance & business.

9. To ensure timely & accurate reporting to RBI / Board / RPMC / senior management after effective coordination with other Ops, Credit & Business verticals.

10. Effectively coordinate with various stake holders, viz., Business, Credit, BPRG, Fincon, IT, IRBS team, Compliance, etc. for automation, reporting requirements, etc.

11. Identify areas for enhanced controllership, cost reduction, productivity improvement, etc.

12. Getting periodic T&M study done for optimal staffing of the unit, set productivity benchmarks, assess staff performance against benchmarks, adopting corrective measures to improve mean performance of the unit, etc.

13. Drive CSR initiatives of the bank / Ops vertical, and ensure handsome participation of the team in extra-curricular activities of the function

14. People management - to ensure that staffs are well motivated to achieve organization objectives by effectively & objectively using the tools of Reward & Recognition program, appraisal, etc. To ensure training, grooming for higher positions, job rotation, timely filling of open positions, career path, work-life balance, etc. for the entire unit.
