HDFC Bank - Unit Head - Credit Administration Department - Internal Control Unit

Overall Supervision and Managing the below activities is done accurately within agreed timelines: -

1. Supervision of Critical & major MIS Reports like Priority Sector Lending, Industry & Grading, Capital Market Exposure, Real Estate Exposure and published at various frequencies to the business segments, senior management, board as well RBI and other external authorities.

2. Finalisation of Presentations for Top Management & Meeting.

3. Laisoning with all Audit officials - RBI, Internal, Statutory, SOX, etc for their data requirement and queries.

4. Participation & implementation different projects related to system enhancements, data capturing, automation, regulatory, RBI audit compliance etc related to LSS team as well as of other teams as CAD representative. Currently critical projects in hands are NPAs stamping, New core Banking, CLIMS, Intraday Monitoring, Risk based Pricing, CAM ON LINE- ETC.

5. Supervision of compliance of regulatory authorities for Hong Kong & Bahrain.

6. Supervision for Exchange of Information to Clients and Member Banks and other submission to CIBIL.

7. Overall Supervise all control & call back related activities and check its compliance. If not complied escalation to be done.

8. Analyze & Review / Reconciliation of Interest Rates set in the system for Cash Credit & Overdraft facility accounts and publish to senior management.

9. Provide monthly compliance to senior management & quarterly to board of directors about various regulatory & internal ceiling laid in Bank's Credit policy.

10. Supervising and monitoring the CLIMS activities.

11. Co-ordination with various other dept for any process change or addition of new product.

12. Supervise CAPAD & Raroc related data submission and its queries.
