Job Description :

- Monitoring and mentoring team of ADFC processors engaged in checking and updating static details of customers who are existing account holders and opening another account with the Bank.

- Productivity measurement for team

- Review of documentations done by the team and provide inputs for necessary rectifications

- Ensuring that Data backup of reconciled positions is taken

- Dip check on auto reconciled accounts to check for compensating errors

- Dip check on reconciled accounts to check that the process and guidelines are being adhered to.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements :

- Academic - Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA

- Strong operational and fair amount of technical knowledge

- Very Good Documenting Skills with analytical knowledge

- Should be able to identify risks in a process and be able to identify the inter linkages between multiple operational activities

- Should be able to handle the activities independently and be able bring them to the logical closure
