- Managing application mordernization Projects and Functional Analyst and Process Design

- Review of Functional Specification Document / Understanding Document from vendor

- Arranging Sign off from all stakeholders w.r.t BRD & FSD

- Preparation and circulation of Project plan (Pre & Post FPN) to stakeholders

- Preparing FPN note and raising FPN

- Tracking and closure of Defects

- Level 2 support on understanding gaps & production issues

- Stakeholder management & communication

- User training on enhancements raised in application

- Manage & coordinate with cross segment teams (IT, Business, Operations) and vendor

- Support to the Business user and new implementation.

- Ensure availability of the application

- Manage & coordinate with cross segment teams (IT, Business, Operations) and vendor

- Stakeholder management & communication

- User training on enhancements raised in application has context menu.
